German tuner Geiger Cars decided that CorvetteZ06 is not powerful enough with 505 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. After some work the modified car became much stronger: the tuner claims that the modifications help the Corvette engine to output 890 hp and 694 lb-ft of torque. Geiger Cars has improved many important elements: after increasing the engine capacity from 7.0 liters to 7.6, the tuner upgraded the transmission, driveshaft and the differential. For the better air flow they installed a bigger mass airflow meter, new camshafts and a sport exhaust system. In order to cope with the new power Corvette Z06 has received larger StopTech brakes and wider tires:285/30R19 at the front and 345/25R19 at the rear. Besides, Geiger uses sport dampers with adjustable compression, stiffer springs and larger stabilizer bars. The exterior was done with Geiger’s GT body kit and painted in electric green with a wide black stripe in the middle.
